Well as a student I would say
what is going to happen next:

-After the drop/add period, the money that the government is supposed to pay toward your education will be paid to the school.
-That money pays for your tuition first. However, if there is something left after paying for your classes, you should get a check with the amount remaining.
-Not every student receives this check because the tuition might be too much, and no money might be left.
-Just be patient and give it time.

More often it is easier for people to understand if they have a flowchart and it is really easy to see what the outcome of their plan will probably be. This is a good example. And we can see that this is very useful when dealing with financial matters. People must be able to deal with their financial status and do good for a better future.
